You MUST physically visit our SpinzaHub venue. This is NOT online. NO virtual option. You need to travel to Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia for in-person entertainment.
Physical Location
Where is your physical venue located?
Our brick-and-mortar themed entertainment venue is located at 123 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217, Queensland, Australia. This is a real, physical address where all our entertainment sessions take place.
Is this an online course or must I physically attend?
You MUST physically attend our TheAppleSnail venue. This is 100% OFFLINE, IN-PERSON entertainment. There is no online option. All activities take place face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location. You cannot participate remotely or online.
Can I attend virtually or via video call?
No. We do not offer virtual, online, or remote participation. You must be physically present at our TheAppleSnail venue to participate. This is hands-on, in-person entertainment only.
Do you have multiple locations? In-Person Entertainment
No, we have one physical venue located in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. All entertainment sessions happen at this single brick-and-mortar location.
In-Person Entertainment
What does "in-person entertainment" mean?
In-person entertainment means you physically come to our SpinzaHub venue, meet our hosts face-to-face, interact with real casino-style equipment, and enjoy hands-on activities with other guests physically present. There is no online component.
Are the hosts physically present?
Yes! All our professional entertainment hosts are physically present at the venue during your session. You will meet them in person and receive face-to-face hosting and entertainment.
Is it real casino equipment?
Yes, we use authentic, physical casino tables, cards, chips, and equipment at our venue. You will handle real casino materials and practice in an authentic environment.
Will I meet other students in person?
Yes! Part of the experience is meeting other international tourists who are physically attending the same training session. It’s a social, in-person learning experience.
Visiting Our Venue
How do I get to your venue?
You can reach our Surfers Paradise location by car (parking available), G:link tram (Surfers Paradise station, 2 min walk), or taxi/Uber from Gold Coast Airport (30 minutes, ~$50-60). See our Location page for detailed directions.
What should I bring to the venue?
Bring valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license), comfortable clothes, and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. We provide all themed equipment and souvenir materials on-site.
Is parking available at the physical location?
Yes, we have underground parking available at our venue. Enter via Beach Road. Parking costs $10/hour or $50/day.
What are the venue operating hours?
Our physical TheAppleSnail venue is open daily from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. All entertainment sessions occur during these hours at our Gold Coast location. Bookings are available 7 days a week.
Booking & Attendance
What happens if I book but can't physically attend?
Since this is 100% in-person entertainment at SpinzaHub, you must physically attend to participate. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session. If you cannot come to Gold Coast, you cannot participate.
Can someone attend on my behalf?
No, bookings are personal. The person who books must be the person who physically attends with valid ID. You cannot send someone else in your place.
Do I need to be in Australia to attend?
Yes, you must physically be in Australia, specifically able to travel to Gold Coast, Queensland to attend our entertainment sessions. We are designed for international tourists visiting Australia.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Our sessions range from 2-3 hours to full day experiences. You need to be physically present at our venue for the entire duration of your chosen package.
OFFLINE vs Online
Why can't this be done online?
Casino-themed entertainment is most immersive when experienced in person. You physically handle cards, chips, and equipment, interact face-to-face with professional hosts, feel the atmosphere, and enjoy authentic social experiences. Online simply cannot replicate this unique event.
Do you have any online materials or courses?
No. We are 100% focused on in-person, offline entertainment at our physical TheAppleSnail venue. We do not offer online courses, webinars, or virtual experiences of any kind.
Can I learn the basics online first?
While you can research casino games independently, our entertainment experience is exclusively in-person. We welcome complete beginners at our physical venue.
Will you offer online options in the future?
No. Our business model is built entirely on authentic, in-person themed entertainment at our brick-and-mortar TheAppleSnail location. We will not be adding online components.
